In this 2-day workshop, you will learn
the fundamentals of native iPhone programming using the iOS SDK. You will
understand basic concepts such as Views, View Controllers, Protocols and Delegates,
as well as the tools that help you to develop compelling iOS applications –
Xcode. You will then dive into the details of programming the iPhone, such as
how to invoke the built-in applications and access the hardware of the iOS
device. While both the iPhone (as well as iPod touch) and the iPad uses the
same OS, this course will focus on programming for the iPhone. Beginners who
want to get started with iPad programming should start with this course.
This course has been fully updated to use Apple's new Swift Programming language.
