The Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a markup language that is designed to encode data in a format that is both human and machine-readable. The beauty of XML is that it is extensible, and that it is used in many different industries. More importantly, XML is used extensively in the computing industry, such as defining the user interface of your Android applications, the configuration files of your Visual Studio projects, and the property list files of your iOS projects.
The aim of this course is to provide participants a solid understand of XML technologies and how it is relevant to their development work. This course assumes basic programming knowledge as participants will learn how to write code to manipulate XML documents.
