In this 2-day course, you will embark on a hardware and software journey to build a series of interesting projects that harness the power of wireless and Internet technologies. Amongst the projects that you will build, you will learn how to scan NFC tags using the Explore-NFC board for Raspberry Pi. Using the Explore-NFC board, you will build an attendance-taking system and integrate it into your web applications.

You will learn how to configure your Raspberry Pi to use a NFC add-on and how to scan NFC tags!

The Raspberry Pi 2 is now running on a Quad Core processor with 1GB of RAM. What's more, it is so powerful that it is even capable of running the new Windows 10 OS!

After the course, participants are welcomed to bring back the Raspberry Pi 2 so that they can work on additional home automation projects.
